Use :

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and watercress)

  • 2 cups mixed mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, and oyster), cleaned and sliced

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup roasted and chopped hazelnuts or almonds

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
