King Trumpet Mushroom Medley


Use This:

  • 1 pound King Trumpet Mushrooms, cleaned and sliced into 1/2-inch strips

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, fresh or dried

  • Zest of one lemon

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Do This:
