I’ve been growing mushrooms for over five years now, combining hands-on cultivation with a deep respect for the natural world. What started as a personal curiosity has grown into something much bigger: a mission to produce fresh, high-quality mushrooms and craft powerful dual-extract tinctures that people can trust.

My work is rooted in sustainability and a commitment to doing things right — not just fast. I’m not in this for shortcuts. Every block I grow, every tincture I bottle, reflects the care and intention behind it.

Along the way, I wrote and published Behind the Dropper, a book for anyone who’s ever held a tincture bottle and wondered, “Is this the real thing?” It’s my way of pulling back the curtain and helping people understand what makes a mushroom extract worth taking, and what to watch out for.

Boxed-In Mushroom Company isn’t just about products. It’s about education. Through workshops, podcasts, and my Sterile Technique Growing course, I help both beginners and experienced growers level up their skills and confidence. I’ve also started expanding the online shop to include grain spawn, liquid cultures, and other tools that I personally use and trust.
